Allah is all powerful, right? So he controls everything. If he wants everyone to be a Muslim, why not just make everyone a muslim? And also, people have no control over what religion they're born to. Why is it that Kafirs who don't become Muslim in their life denied entry into Jannah? Unfair much?

So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed, and follow not their desires away from the truth which hath come unto thee. For each We have appointed a divine law and a traced-out way. Had Allah willed He could have made you one community. But that He may try you by that which He hath given you (He hath made you as ye are). So vie one with another in good works. Unto Allah ye will all return, and He will then inform you of that wherein ye differ.

what is the purpose he don't create everyone to be a Muslim ?
From the verse above, we can conclude that he want test everyone of us,
who deserve to get in Paradise :)
yes, people have no control over what religion they're born to. But they all have a knowledge. They still can find the truth. Everyone get what he has done in this world. Even a muslim will get punished in the Hell if he have done something wrong. Yo can't give a reason because you're born in non-muslim family, so you cannot accept Islam. You have a mind, that can think. So you can find the way back to Islam.
Before that, I would like to say that, the job who will enter the Jannah or Nar is totally under the control of Allah. So let him decide. We have no power to say who will enter Jannah or not. We are just his slave.
So there is no word of unfair, because he is very fair
He create muslim and non-muslim so He can test everyone of us
Not every muslim will die as a muslim, note that :)
